We are looking for a Software Developer & Consultant who has a natural knack for development, enjoys solving complex problems, and genuinely enjoys working with churches. Purpose

We are seeking a Software Developer to help our team support specialized CRM’s and church management systems. The best-qualified candidate will have a passion for helping organizations solve problems and document processes.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Work directly with churches to understand problems, recommend solutions, and build them
  • Develop solutions using Rock RMS, SQL, Vue.js, Lava/Liquid, APIs, and other technologies
  • Use AI and modern development tools to research, prototype, troubleshoot, and build solutions
  • Collaborate with a team of 20+ developers, consultants, and support staff when you need help or another perspective
  • Test, document, deploy, and support the solutions you build
Needed Attributes:
  • Strong software development and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SQL, relational databases, APIs, and web development
  • Experience with Rock RMS or a similar CRM/ChMS platform
  • Comfortable working directly with churches and ministry leaders
  • Able to take a problem, research it, and independently work toward a solution
