This role is hybrid with a combination of working from home, traveling, and some commuting to an office. Applicants must be based in/near a major city like Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Denver, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Dallas, etc. to be considered for this role.

Position Summary The Senior Producer manages programs independently from planning through execution, ensuring seamless delivery and strong client satisfaction. This role is responsible for day-to-day production leadership, vendor coordination, and on-site management. The Senior Producer is a reliable operator who can run programs with minimal supervision while supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage production planning and execution for meetings, events, and keynote sessions
  • Develop timelines, run-of-shows, and staffing plans
  • Coordinate vendors, venues, and internal teams
  • Manage program budgets and track expenses
  • Lead rehearsals and on-site execution
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for clients
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in live production or event management
  • Strong understanding of AV, staging, logistics, and venue coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence leading on-site operations
  • Ability to travel regularly
