Position: Destination Planner & Concierge (Year-Round)
Location: Aspen/Snowmass, Colorado

Job Overview:
The Destination Planner & Concierge is a dynamic, service-oriented professional responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences while managing the day-to-day operations of Inspirato luxury residences. This role combines personalized concierge service with hands-on property management, including conducting routine inspections, coordinating vendor services, and ensuring homes meet brand standards for quality, safety, and appearance.
Based in Aspen/Snowmass, the ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and familiar with local activities and resources, capable of anticipating member needs and maintaining operational excellence to ensure a seamless and memorable stay. A passion for luxury service, pride in operational rigor, and meticulous attention to detail are essential to consistently elevating the Inspirato experience. Success in this role requires strict adherence to standard operating procedures and checklists, along with a disciplined, proactive approach to residential property care.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Uphold Excellence: Deliver luxury in every interaction-guest service, communication, and home presentation
  • Execute with Precision: Own every detail, from staging to inspections to itinerary delivery, with pride and care
  • Create Memorable Stays: Provide top-tier service from planning to departure-stay updated on all procedures to exceed expectations.
  • Pre-Trip Planning: Build and review itineraries, maintain constant communication, ensure all guest needs are met, and provide expert destination insights
  • Prep & Arrival: Review member profiles, coordinate with team, stock and stage home, finalize itinerary, inspect property before arrival
  • Guest Experience: Greet guests, confirm schedules, deliver groceries, manage on-call needs, perform daily check-ins, oversee housekeeping, track incidentals
  • Departure & Follow-Up: Present folio, assist with transport, send thank-you note, inspect for damage, begin turnover, submit recap with highlights
  • Property Oversight: Execute all SOPs and checklists, lead detailed inspections, ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and overall asset readiness
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Schedule preventive and corrective work, respond to emergency maintenance needs, perform light repairs (filters, bulbs, paint, drains, etc.), and handle storm prep
  • Project Coordination: Oversee property-related projects with clear timelines, ensuring quality and timely completion

  • Bachelor's Degree; preferably in hospitality management or business administration

Compensation - $25-$30 per hour
We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation, and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training, and experience related to scope of responsibilities.

Paid Time Off: Accrues each pay period, totaling 15 days annually, plus nine paid holidays.
