We are one of the largest board game and TCG distributors in the United States. Our corporate office is based in Longwood, FL. We carry a full line of TCGs, miniatures, board games, card games, RPGs, dice, and gaming supplies from the industry's top manufacturers.

We are currently looking for a dedicated International Logistics Coordinator to join our team!

Come help us distribute fun across the United States!

Hours of business: Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours per week).

This position could require extended hours, and occasional weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

  • The International Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for tracking all inbound and outbound shipments, resolving issues, maintaining client and provider relationships, and optimizing logistics process for efficiency. Plans, executes, and monitors global shipments, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, managing documentation, and coordinating with carriers, customs brokers, and clients to facilitate the most timely and cost-effective movement of goods across international borders.

    Essential Functions for International Logistics Coordinator Including but not limited to:

  • Develop, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with freight companies, including major carriers like UPS and FedEx, as well as specialized lines used for products such as those from Bushiroad, Bandai, Wizkids, and other suppliers
  • Ability to negotiate rates and terms with carriers and suppliers
  • Monitor and manage shipments from origin to destination
  • Prepare, review and organize necessary shipping documents, such as bills of lading, customer declarations and commercial invoices
  • Address and resolve logistical issues, delays, or discrepancies that may arise during transit
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, customers and external partners
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to coordinate with diverse internal and external parties
  • Exceptional time management, organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
  • Education:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; required
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or international business management
  • Requirements:
  • 2+ years of logistics experience; international and domestic
  • A high degree of attention to detail is critical for accurate documentation and recordkeeping
  • Proficiency with logistics software, Transportation Management systems, ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite are a must
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills to address and resolve logistic issues effectively
