Desktop System Administrator
Open to recent grads - we'll train the right person!
We're hiring a Desktop System Administrator to be the go-to person for hands-on IT support - keeping our end users, hardware, and systems running smoothly every day.
What You'll Do
  • Provide second-level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and video conferencing equipment
  • Image and deploy machines using SCCM/Symantec Ghost
  • Support specialized engineering software (AutoCAD, UG, CATIA, Solidworks, etc.)
  • Set up new equipment, network print queues, and user workstations
  • Troubleshoot and patch corporate software applications
  • Track and resolve issues through our ticketing system
  • Manage IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors and other IT teams

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of IT/computer support experience - or a degree in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems (new grads welcome to apply!)
  • Familiarity with Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Active Directory
  • Helpdesk/ticketing system experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills - comfortable supporting all levels of end users, including executives
  • A problem-solver who takes ownership and documents things well
