Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MAC OS, Android/iOS devices, Office 365 and Common Enterprise Applications
  • Familiarities with Network Troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
  • Basic understanding of Printers and peripheral devices.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite IT support for corporate office facilities.
  • Install, Configure and maintain IT Hardware (Computers, Printers, Network devices, Audio/Video equipments, etc...)
  • Responsible for troubleshooting, network, connectivity, and system performance issues including installation, maintenance and service on designated equipment's.
  • Manage Hardware Asset Inventory and Shipping & tracking the assets.
  • Co-ordinate with remote IT team for escalations and resolution of complex issues.
  • Perform System-updates, backup and preventive maintenance.
  • Document Service tickets and update the resolution in the ticketing tool.
  • Ensure all work adheres to the IT security, Safety and customer compliance standards.
  • Experience in handling and troubleshooting Hardware devices like Desktops, Laptops, Mobile phones, Tablets, iPad, Printers, MAC books and IOS devices.
  • Familiarityin handling Apple iPad and Android tablets.
  • Strong problem solving and structured thinking skills.
  • Responsible for leading installation activities within the assigned area, ensuring safety and quality measures are taken.
  • Physical Effort: Generally required to lift upto 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Possessvalid Driving license and able to drive to fulfil job requirements.
  • Able toworkflexible hours and be available for emergency responses on short notice.
  • Willing to travel to other sites from your home base location to other locations for project purposes.
  • Should follow the safety rules and regulations at client site.
  • Associatesneed to work from their respective base client work location from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST MON-FRI.
