JOB SUMMARY
Install, configure and maintain company hardware, software, and operating systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS
  • Configure and deploy hardware to new users and upgrade existing equipment when necessary.
  • Perform DUO administration for users switching phones or needing resets.
  • Perform laptop imaging and set up for new and existing employees
  • Provide encryption keys to users as required
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for all company hardware and software
  • Install and configure desktop software
  • Manage Desktop Support incident queue in Service Now completing or assigning tickets as necessary
  • Update tasks with periodic problem status and resolution information
  • Recommend equipment purchases as needed
  • Perform asset management tasks as required
  • Perform inventory of computer supplies as required
  • Perform necessary Windows updates
  • All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Education: Associates degree in related field or equal years of field experience
  • 2 Years of Experience and A+ Certification Preferred
  • Knowledge of specific systems or technologies / years or level of experience with each required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times and push a cart containing equipment.
