We are searching for experienced Field Service Technicians to support Hickam Air Force Base.
Individuals selected for this role will support enlisted personnel in providing end-user support and provide technical support for the following:
- Desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications. - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. - Set-up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords. - Respond to tickets and requests for technical assistance in a timely manner. - Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. - Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and software licenses. - Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and system backups. - Epending on the specific requirements of the org
