What does a DSM do at CRSI?

  • Provide quality services to residents based on each resident's medical needs and Individual Plan.
  • Use your mentoring/coaching skills to teach people self-reliance.
  • All Direct Support Managers have on-call responsibilities after normal business hours, including nights and weekends.
