Position Summary
DAn Solutions is seeking an experienced Desktop Systems Engineer - Level 3 to provide senior-level engineering support for enterprise desktop systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will analyze technical requirements, develop systems engineering solutions, and lead the planning, integration, implementation, and sustainment of desktop technologies in support of mission-critical government operations.
This position requires a highly skilled engineer capable of leading technical efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring desktop environments remain secure, reliable, and aligned with customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer requirements, operational concepts, and system architectures to develop detailed technical solutions.
  • Design, engineer, implement, and maintain enterprise desktop systems and supporting infrastructure.
  • Lead systems engineering activities throughout the system lifecycle, from requirements analysis through implementation and operational support.
  • Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, engineering plans, integration plans, and testing documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership during system integration, deployment, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues by identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
  • Incorporate new technologies into existing operational environments while minimizing disruption to mission operations.
