What You'll be Doing
This is a level 1 position into the information technology field. This position provides technical support to desktop systems, software installs, and routine imaging and deployment tasks. Resolves desktop problems related to hardware, operating systems and configuration issues through troubleshooting and research. Troubleshooting SCCM imaging failures and incorrect behavior after user login. This position requires excellent time management skills and can work well under pressure.

You'll report to Manager, Logistics & Fulfillment. Our global IT organization supports the entire enterprise that encompasses over 40,000 users across our businesses aligned in four pillars - Customer Care, Technology Services, Strategy Services, & Growth Services.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Oversees and preforms all computer imaging and setup for IT Depot deployment
  • Provide technical support by trouble shooting PC hardware and software as needed
  • Monitor and resolve all Service Now tickets within established service level agreements
  • Understand and enforce TTEC GISR security policies and procedures
  • Monitor incoming pick tickets, receive shipments, and load and unload delivery vehicles
  • Retrieve orders according to product, quantity, barcode, serial numbers, etc. and ensuring accuracy

What You Bring to the Role

  • Minimum with 1-2 years of related experience
  • Technical degree or technical certification preferred but not required
  • Experience in PC hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Strong understanding of the Windows 10 Enterprise environment and basic network trouble-shooting skills are required
  • Acts with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Must be able to work as part of a cohesive team and self-driven to accomplish goals
