Job description

We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for end users in Chandler, Arizona. This role focuses on resolving desktop, system, and access-related issues while delivering responsive service in a detail-oriented office environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable troubleshooting Windows-based technology, managing support requests efficiently, and helping employees stay productive through timely issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver second-level desktop and help desk support for hardware, software, and user access concerns across the office
• Investigate and resolve technical issues involving Windows workstations, peripherals, and common business applications
• Manage incoming service requests through the ticketing system, ensuring accurate updates, prioritization, and follow-through
• Support account-related tasks such as password assistance, permissions updates, and basic administration within Active Directory
• Set up, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop equipment for employees and new hires
• Escalate complex incidents when needed and collaborate with internal teams to restore service as quickly as possible
• Document troubleshooting steps, recurring issues, and resolutions to improve support efficiency and knowledge sharing• Prior experience in a desktop support, service desk, or help desk role providing end-user technical assistance
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, including Windows 10 support and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Active Directory for basic user account and access management tasks
• Ability to diagnose and resolve routine hardware, software, and connectivity problems
