We are an experienced MSP looking to add to our team. If you have experience providing IT support for business clients, have great customer service skills and are eager to learn and grow, we want to talk!
Our help desk techs play a critical role as they are the front-line providing support for our diverse client base. While technical proficiency is a requirement, the successful candidate will also have a real passion for customer service. We are a relatively small team where being flexible, thinking on your feet and working collaboratively is required.

Primary Job Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Providing technical assistance and support related to Windows servers and PC's, mobile devices, routers, switches, firewalls, and backup appliances.
  • Working with and troubleshooting desktop software including all current versions of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suites, current Mac OS versions and other common software.
  • Setting up new user systems and remotely troubleshooting issues to resolution, including resolving networking and ISP related issues with remote users.
  • Assisting in training users on basic software and hardware usage.
  • Helping with the setting up of new users and installing necessary software and account creation for common systems.
  • Consistent use of our ticketing system and other documentation systems.
  • Familiarity with MSP ticketing system/PSA and RMM tools a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation. We are in the Bevearton area.
  • Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required.
Education and Experience Required:
  • Computer related Associate degree or equivalent technical diploma with at least 1 year of similar or equivalent work history -OR-
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a technical support or help desk position supporting business clients

Work Location:
  • This role works a hybrid schedule - Onsite in Beaverton, Oregon 3 day's per week.
