A Desktop Manager is an IT professional responsible for overseeing and maintaining an organization’s desktop computing environment. They manage desktop hardware and software, ensure systems are up-to-date and secure, and provide technical support to end users. Desktop Managers often lead a team of IT technicians, coordinate the deployment of new systems or upgrades, and develop policies for device management and security.
