Position Summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Helper to join one of our Electrical or Mechanical divisions. This is a full-time, field-based position offering an excellent entry point into the electrical trade with hands-on training and growth opportunities.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Full-Time, Field Position

Compensation

Compensation for this role is inclusive of base pay, benefits, bonuses, incentives, and other applicable allowances. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, education, and relevant licenses.

What This Role Will Do

The Electrical Helper supports licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Responsibilities include:

  • Cutting wire and pulling cable through conduit

  • Assisting with jobsite preparation and breakdown

  • Following all safety procedures and company protocols

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a drug test

  • Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds and work on ladders
