Opportunity:

Kem Krest is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead technical support efforts, drive innovation, and ensure the performance and security of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities:
  • Advanced Technical Support: Resolve complex IT incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and mentor junior team members.
  • System & Network Administration: Independently manage desktop systems, user accounts, updates, and patches.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance: Enforce security policies and escalate issues as needed.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, generate benchmarks, and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
  • Vendor & Asset Management: Coordinate with third-party providers and maintain hardware/software inventories.
  • Project Collaboration: Support IT projects, contribute to lessons learned, and apply insights to future initiatives.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Research new technologies, experiment in sandbox environments, and propose enhancements.

Your Contributions:
  • Experience: 3+ years in IT support or system administration.
  • Education: High School Diploma with on-the-job training or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, desktop OS, and infrastructure management.
