Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and Horizon

  • Lead desktop engineering initiatives, including device deployments, operating system upgrades, software packaging, and endpoint modernization projects

  • Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex desktop, virtual desktop, and endpoint-related issues

  • Manage endpoint security, patching, compliance, and software deployments across the enterprise

  • Partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Networking, and business teams to implement technology solutions that enhance employee experience

  • Develop automation, standards, and best practices that improve efficiency, reliability, and supportability

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years in desktop support installing, configuring, and managing Windows-based systems and related technologies

  • Associate's Degree and 7 years in desktop support installing, configuring, and managing Windows-based systems and related technologies

  • High School Equivalency and 10 years in desktop support installing, configuring, and managing Windows-based systems and related technologies

  • Advanced technical expertise in desktop engineering, endpoint management, and enterprise Windows environments

  • Extensive experience administering Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Group Policy, endpoint security, and enterprise desktop architecture

  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation to improve operational efficiency

  • Strong understanding of endpoint lifecycle management, software packaging, operating system deployment, and configuration management

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues using structured problem-solving methodologies

  • Ability to mentor technical staff and influence technical decisions

  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends as project and operational needs require
