AA2IT is a company focused on providing IT support services, and they are seeking a Desktop Support Technician. The role involves imaging and building Windows 10 computing devices, providing deskside deployment support, and managing hardware support tasks including break/fix for various devices.
Responsibilities:
• Imaging/building Win10 computing devices
• Deskside deployment support
• Configuring/deploying Android hand-held devices
• Hardware support – break/fix (Dell laptops/desktops/tablets)
• Asset tracking/shipping
• Asset returns (data-wipe & process for disposal)
• Managing a ticket queue (ServiceNow)
• Both in-person & remote support
• Inventory management
• M-F 8:00-5:00 at client site (no WFH nor remote options)
