Required Skills:
- Test and certify 911 call handling hardware and software and GIS systems with Emergency Services IP Network (ESINet), a call routing application.
- Develop and execute test plans, document defects and report test results.
- Working with call handling equipment and ESInet providers to investigate, determine the root cause and resolve issues.
- Candidate must have the following: • Windows desktop and server o Windows 10 o Windows Server 2008 or higher
- Network protocols o SIP/RTP, TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP
