The Role

We're looking for seasoned, product-minded Senior Software Engineers to help us continue to add value-driving new features for both customers and dealers, scale, refactor, and extend our platform for exponential growth. You'll work across the whole stack with high-agency, owning new features from design to production release.

You'll Work On
  • Designing and building secure, scalable backend APIs and services
  • Developing and maintaining modern web applications used by customers and internal teams
  • Improving performance, reliability, and maintainability as the platform scales
  • Integrating with third-party services and internal systems
  • Contributing to architectural decisions, refactoring efforts, and technical direction

The work is a mix of building new features, extending existing functionality, and modernizing/refactoring code as we scale.

Requirements

Must-haves

  • Strong proficiency in .NET/C#, Entity Framework Core, SQL, Domain-driven design, event-driven architectures
  • AI-optimized SDLC - we pride ourselves on our leading-edge, prudent, secure use of the latest AI-fueled tooling, guided by pre-AI software engineering design principles. You should have an opinionated AGENTS.md
  • Solid understanding of API design and integrating third-party services
  • Product-minded sensibilities - ability to think from the end-users' perspective, helping guide UX/workflow decisions
  • Ability to work autonomously-you figure things out, ask smart questions, and drive work forward without constant direction
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities shift and you wear multiple hats

Nice-to-haves

  • ERP, E-Commerce, Fulfillment/Logistics, OMS/WMS, etc...
  • Electron or desktop application development
  • Experience with subscription billing platforms (Chargebee, Stripe)
  • Auth0 or comparable identity/authentication system experience
  • Familiarity with compliance-heavy or document-centric workflows
  • TypeScript (we're progressively adopting it)
  • Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Blob Storage)
