Position Summary: 

Join us as our Front Desk Agent and kickstart magical moments for families and travelers eager for their Orlando adventure. In this position, you’ll be the face of our hotel, ensuring a smooth welcome for arrivals and efficient send-offs for departures. Beyond guest interactions, you’ll balance the day shift accounts and perform other administrative duties to keep the front desk running smoothly.

Your primary responsibilities will be: 

  • Enhancing Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding service, smoothly handle check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest needs to ensure a memorable stay.

  • Upholding Operational Standards: Keep the front desk running seamlessly, balancing accounts and maintaining procedures with precision.

  • Teaming for Excellence: Collaborate with security and housekeeping to maintain a safe, welcoming environment throughout the day.

Ideal Candidate: 

You’re the right fit if you’re approachable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, with a knack for problem-solving and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Check-in guests, answer phones, and take reservations

  • Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies

  • Reconcile accounts

  • Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required

  • 1-year experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry

  • 1 year of experience working at a hotel (one location) is prefered

  • Detail-oriented with great problem-solving skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Wage: $15 - $18 based on experience and achievement
