Dental Front Desk Assistant - Charlotte, NC
Our established general dentistry group in Charlotte, NC seeking a friendly and dependable Front Desk Assistant to support front office operations and help provide an excellent patient experience. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of dental front desk experience
  • Experience with scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and front desk workflow 
  • Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and patient accounts preferred 
  • Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills 
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude 

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and schedule appointments
  • Support patient check-in/check-out and maintain accurate patient records 
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update systems as needed
  • Assist with insurance verification, billing, collections, and account follow-up 
  • Ensure the front desk is clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve patient inquiries promptly
  • Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to support patient care
