Overview

We’re looking for a UX Designer to join a high-impact, cross-functional team focused on delivering exceptional digital experiences. This role blends product design and UX strategy, giving you ownership from concept through execution.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering while shaping intuitive, scalable experiences across web and mobile platforms.


What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end UX design from ideation to implementation
  • Design intuitive user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver efficient, scalable solutions
  • Influence product decisions using UX best practices and user research
  • Conduct and analyze usability testing, interviews, and research insights
  • Create and evolve design systems, patterns, and standards
  • Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders
  • Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-centered design across platforms
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth

What You’ll Need
  • 3+ years of experience in UX / Product Design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work
  • Experience working in Agile environments with Product & Engineering
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Interaction design
    • Information architecture
    • User research methods
  • Experience designing for web and mobile (iOS/Android)
  • Ability to communicate and present ideas effectively

Nice to Have
  • 5+ years of UX experience
  • Experience with design systems and DesignOps
  • Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design
