Job description

DesignOps Engineer

We’re hiring a DesignOps Engineer to level up our design organization and streamline how we build products. You’ll own our UX design ecosystem, optimize workflows, and create scalable systems that help designers move faster with higher quality.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and evolve Figma libraries, components, variables, and governance
  • Build and maintain design system infrastructure
  • Improve design workflows, tooling, and cross‑functional processes
  • Create automation, plugins, and integrations to boost efficiency
  • Partner with Product & Engineering for smooth design‑to‑dev handoff

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–7+ years in DesignOps, Design Systems, or UX Engineering
  • Deep Figma expertise (libraries, branching, prototyping, component architecture)
  • Familiarity with AI to enhance workflow and perform discovery work
  • Experience scaling design systems
  • Strong collaboration and systems‑thinking mindset

If you’re passionate about operational excellence and empowering designers to do their best work, we’d love to connect.
