Compensation Range: Base = $18.00 to $22.00 per hour plus commissions & overtime eligibility

REICO Kitchen and Bath is looking for a kitchen and bath designer and sales professional for our Charlottesville showroom. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, plumbing, and/or interior design. This person will be required to generate sales leads, assist with customer walk-ins, and manage retails projects from initial contact through design and billing. This individual will work closely with contractors and builders, design using 2020/CAD, order products, schedule deliveries, effectively communicate with customers, sell fixtures and accessories, and cultivate positive customer experiences while earning commissions and building their business.

Requirements/Skills/Attributes

  • AutoCAD and/or 2020 experience preferred
