Brand Designer Position Summary Nine Line Apparel is seeking a Brand Designer to help grow, protect, and evolve our brand across digital, print, retail, and eCommerce channels. This role is ideal for a creative, versatile designer who enjoys working on a wide variety of projects—from social media campaigns and email marketing to retail signage, apparel mockups, and advertising assets. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in graphic design, brand identity, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling, along with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. This individual will collaborate closely with marketing, retail, eCommerce, photography, and executive leadership to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all customer touchpoints. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking projects from concept to execution, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing lifestyle and apparel brand. Key Responsibilities Maintain and help evolve the company’s brand guidelines in collaboration with executive leadership. Design digital advertising assets with a strong focus on brand consistency and campaign performance. Create and coordinate email marketing campaigns and promotional graphics. Design social media content, paid social advertisements, and organic marketing assets. Develop print advertisements, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral. Create apparel and T-shirt mockups for marketing, eCommerce, and promotional use. Partner with the photography team to organize digital assets and support product and lifestyle photo shoots. Prepare and upload product imagery and content to the company’s eCommerce platform. Collaborate with retail teams to design in-store displays, signage, and visual merchandising materials. Execute marketing campaign assets across multiple sales channels, including retail, wholesale, and eCommerce. Organize, maintain, and expand the company’s library of design and brand assets. Qualifications & Skills Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals and visual communication principles. Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through final production. Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and image composition. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Ability to produce production-ready digital and print files in a variety of formats. Experience with photo editing and image optimization for web and print. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Comfort working in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency. Education & Experience 3–5 years of professional graphic or brand design experience. Experience in apparel, retail, lifestyle, consumer products, or marketing environments is preferred. Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, WordPress, or similar eCommerce platforms is preferred. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Experience with social media content creation and email marketing design is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; however, a strong portfolio and proven design ability are valued equally, and self-taught designers are encouraged to apply. A portfolio demonstrating strong branding, marketing, digital, and print design capabilities is required.
