Relevant de la Direction - Design d'experience, vous deployez et encadrez la pratique de design d'experience membres et partenaires (CX) au sein de divers mandats de Beneva. Vous vous assurez d'allier les besoins membres, partenaires et employes aux objectifs d'affaires et aux capacites d'architecture pour offrir l'experience d'assurance omnicanal la plus simple au Canada.

Vous evoluez dans une equipe de conseillers en design d'experience uvrant quotidiennement avec des experts aux profils varies et complementaires.

Vous assumez un role de leadership et d'influence aupres d'intervenants de differents niveaux dans le cadre de projets a fort impact CX.

Vous vous realiserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

  • Assurer la vigie des tendances et de la competition sur le plan experientiel pour identifier des opportunites d'amelioration et d'innovation de l'experience Beneva

  • Preparer et animer les ateliers de design thinking permettant de concevoir, en equipe multidisciplinaire, les experiences cibles bout-en bout dans le cadre de divers mandats prioritaires (design de parcours, enjeux CX, accompagnements externes)

  • Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les differents secteurs d'affaires

  • Collaborer etroitement avec des experts CX, omnicanal, numerique, marketing, en innovation, en optimisation de processus et en architecture

  • Presenter les travaux des equipes multidisciplinaires et les experiences cibles a mettre en uvre a differentes instances

Plus specifiquement,

  • Identifier les besoins de recherche qualitative et contribuer a la realisation des activites de recherche

  • Contribuer au diagnostic via l'etude de diverses analyses et sources de donnees

  • Identifier les irritants, besoins, moments de verite, opportunites d'amelioration et d'innovation de l'experience omnicanal afin de definir l'experience cible et propulser la performance d'entreprise

  • Concevoir ou orienter la conception de prototypes d'experience pouvant prendre diverses formes et les tester dans une approche iterative

  • Participer au developpement de la communaute de pratique et de la boite a outils design de Beneva

Vos talents et qualifications :

  • Baccalaureat en design, marketing ou l'equivalent

  • Minimum 7 annees d'experience pertinente en design d'experience

  • Experience dans un environnement de travail matriciel en grande entreprise

  • Maitriser les principes de recherche comportementale, de vigie de tendances et de marche et d'analyse de donnees CX

  • Maitriser les principes de design thinking (divergence/convergence, facilitation d'ateliers de cocreation, cartographie, priorisation, prototypage et iteration)

  • Maitriser la suite Microsoft Office et Mural

  • Maitriser l'art du storytelling et des presentations d'impact

  • Maitriser le vocabulaire omnicanal et des affaires

  • Maitrise de la langue francaise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, ainsi qu'une maitrise intermediaire de la langue anglaise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, en raison de la nature des taches, des outils de travail ou d'interactions avec des collegues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de repondre aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise
