Design Technician
Location: Troy, OH
Hourly rate: $17.00 - 20.00
The Technician is responsible for providing 3D and 2D CAD support to the development project relying on direction from the Engineer and Management.
The Technician may be required to support multiple projects and work within cross-functional teams to achieve total customer satisfaction and to meet quality standards and procedures.
EDUCATION
  • Associates Degree in Mechanical Design/Drafting Technology or related, or
  • High school diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • Understanding of CAD Design in CATIA or NX
  • Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
DESIRED SKILLS
  • Chassis experience
  • Knowledge of CATIA V5 or V6
  • Sheet metal stamping, welding, or aluminum experience
