We are seeking a full-timeCivil Engineer to join our Transportation Design team in our newly relocatedDes Moines, IA office, located in the heart of downtown. You will support transportation infrastructure projects, receive one-on-one mentorship, and contribute to innovative design solutions that make a difference!

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide engineering support for roadway/transportation related projects
  • Assist in the planning, design, and construction administration of projects
  • Complete feasibility studies and technical design reports
  • Coordinate roadway design project plans with associated utilities
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn new areas of engineering
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (We are considering May 2026 graduates)
  • Familiarity with or previous experience using MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer and/or AutoCAD/Civil3D software for design and drafting tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Completion of an engineering internship or other professional employment providing experience in surveying, transportation design, MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer, and/or construction observation
