Overview
The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for leading guest services and driving overall studio performance. This role is focused on delivering an exceptional client experience while ensuring sales growth, strong member retention, and a motivated, high-performing team.

Responsibilities
Studio Sales Performance
  • Drive studio results by monitoring sales, analyzing trends, and implementing best practices.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual membership and revenue goals.

Member Retention
  • Develop and lead strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively address concerns to strengthen long-term relationships and retention rates.

Training & Coaching
  • Train, motivate, and support Wellness Membership Advisors (WMAs) and Service Providers.
  • Ensure team confidence in presenting memberships, service enhancements, and retail products.

Staffing & Team Leadership
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling to maintain strong coverage.
  • Foster a positive culture through ongoing coaching, accountability, and recognition.

Operational Excellence
  • Collaborate with Studio Owners/Operators on strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure service standards, policies, and brand guidelines are consistently met.

Additional Duties
  • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by Studio Owners and/or Operators.

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality, wellness, or retail management.
  • Strong sales background with the ability to train and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
