Role Overview
As an Esthetician at Restore, you'll deliver customized skin care consultations, design treatment plans, and perform esthetic services while educating clients on at-home care and additional therapies. You will serve as both a trusted skin health expert and a business driver-helping clients achieve results while contributing to the studio's success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
  • Deliver personalized consultations and design treatment plans tailored to client goals.
  • Perform high-quality facials, body treatments, and esthetic services with professionalism and care.
  • Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.

Products & Services
  • Demonstrate expertise in skin health products and technologies, including Neveskin and Hydrafacial (preferred certifications).
  • Recommend retail products and cross-sell Restore therapies to enhance results and extend benefits beyond the studio.

Studio Collaboration
  • Support studio operations including tours, member check-ins, and POS transactions.
  • Contribute to community outreach, promotions, and membership growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client treatments and progress.

Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Licensure: Active Esthetician license in applicable state (required).
  • Certifications: Cryoskin and Hydrafacial certifications (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year as a professional esthetician.
  • Passion for delivering excellent client care and skin health outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with initiative and ability to work independently.
