Job summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our dynamic design team. This full‑time position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects including residential to commercial and collaborating with a team of skilled professionals in a supportive and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, a keen eye for design, and strong technical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with site surveying which includes photographing and field measurements.
  • Collaborate with principal and design team to develop architectural concepts and designs.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards.
  • Assist in the development of project designs, design development & construction documentation.
  • Participate in client meetings and project presentations.
  • Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite for design and visualization.
  • Conduct research on materials, construction methods, and building systems.
  • Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and engineers to ensure project delivery.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.
  • Assist in Construction Administration, Site Visits & Meeting Minutes
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or 4+ years in related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in architectural design or a related field (internships or freelance work accepted).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit. Experience w/ SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Portfolio demonstrates strong design and technical skills.
