To execute and lead a creative vision to support Baptist Health's marketing communication initiatives, ideation, concepting and executing campaigns, managing the work of a graphic design and creative services team across multi-media executions and digital platforms. Estimated salary range for this position is $91132.84 - $118472.69 / year depending on experience.

- Proven successful background managing and mentoring a team of designers, copywriters, and production staff.
- Must have a strong visual point-of-view for the current state and future state of marketing communications.
