Sonny's The CarWash Factory, located in Tamarac, Florida, is looking for a Coordinator to join the Client Design Services team. In this role, the candidate will be coordinating design requests with Clients and internal graphic designers related to CarWash Controls (in other words, paystation screen creative, menus, signs, etc.) You will consult on design needs and changes, schedule deliverables and manage all necessary paperwork. Candidate must be passionate about customer service and dedicated to client satisfaction and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate design projects with Clients, Distributors and internal team members. Act as the liaison amongst all contacts in a project.
  • Document and modify procedures to ensure a smooth operation
  • Send out and collect all required documentation from Clients and Distributors
  • Send proofs/mocks to Clients and Distributors for approval. Serve as first step of the internal review process, ensuring quality and accuracy of work.
  • Discuss required changes and thoroughly document necessary changes for designers
  • Assign tasks and projects to internal team members
  • Manage the project schedule and ensure all projects and design are on time and within budget
  • Communicate schedule changes to Clients, Distributors and internal team members
  • Manage and enter all projects into internal tracking systems
  • Quote and bill Client when necessary
  • Work with internal teams to collect design documentation from Clients and Distributors
  • Establish a strong relationship with Clients and Distributors
  • Other duties as required with change in business

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Basic math and reading skills required
  • Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions
  • Worked in an office environment and proficient with technology
