Job Summary
The Internal Sales Partner's primary function is to support growing sales for the company. The purpose of this position is to work with a Regional Sales Director (external wholesaler in Care Solutions) or Field Sales Director (external wholesaler in traditional life & annuity products) to grow sales in a specific sales territory. An Internal Sales Partner's role in the sales process is everything from garnering interest in our products through an application coming in-house. This includes the primary responsibilities listed in the section below.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Work with outside advisors/agents and external wholesalers to grow sales in assigned sales territory through the use of sales calls, webinars, sales ideas, case design, and other sales tools and functions.
  • Collaborate with fellow Internal Sales Partners, marketers, and/or other business partners to create sales and market recognition within their individual and team sales territories.
  • Represent Internal Sales' wants, needs, and/or thoughts in internal meetings.
  • Promote core EWA Beliefs within team (i.e., create clarity, own it, mutual trust, celebrate success, embrace change, speak up, and grow people).

Job Requirements
Required Education and/or Certifications
  • Required: High School Diploma
  • Required: Life & Health License obtained within 4 months of employment

Recommended Education and/or Certifications
  • Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate Degree.
  • Preferred: Securities licensing; Industry designations, e.g., CFP, CLTC, RICP, etc.

Required Work Experience
  • 3 to 5+ years of sales experience.
  • 2 to 3+ years of financial industry experience.
  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Salary Band: S04
This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team building and collaboration.
