The Project Manager drives engineering and technical design projects end to end, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and resource plans, while aligning stakeholders and achieving project objectives.

What you will do :

  • Lead planning and execution of engineering and design projects.

  • Define technical scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Develop detailed engineering project plans and schedules.

  • Manage project budget and allocation of technical resources.

  • Monitor and report on technical project progress.

  • Identify and manage engineering risks and issues.

  • Ensure technical quality standards are met.

  • Communicate with engineering stakeholders and manage expectations.

  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams.

  • Ensure project documentation is complete and technically accurate.

What you need :

  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without working experience


Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Extensive experience with lean, agile, and continuous improvement methodologies, demonstrating the ability to achieve high-quality results and adapt rapidly to changing project demands

  • Background in life sciences or healthcare, including successful management of projects in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices
