About the Position

The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee K-12 construction projects in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, with project values up to $30 million. This is a long-term role with sustained work in the Myrtle Beach area—ideal for a Project Manager looking to stay local while working on meaningful, community-focused projects.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, contract administration, and coordination with school districts, design teams, and internal field leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects
  • Prior experience managing K-12 or education projects preferred
  • Experience overseeing projects valued up to $30M
  • Strong knowledge of cost control, change management, and schedule management
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Superintendents, owners, architects, and subcontractors
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore or similar preferred)
