Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of architectural projects from concept through construction. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring high-quality design, technical accuracy, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, driving project success through effective leadership, communication, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects through all phases of design and construction.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Manage client relationships, facilitate meetings, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare, review, and oversee project documentation, reports, presentations, and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions.
