We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architect/Project Manager to lead and oversee architectural projects from conception through completion - "Craddle To Grave" . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background to lead each project in architectural detailing, project management, construction administration, and design, with proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD and other architectural software tools. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Successfully manage and lead multiple projects of various sizes and complexities. Manage costs and schedules effectively to keep the projects on track and on budget. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to build positive relationships, understand their needs, and manage expectations. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to facilitate efficient project delivery. Technical Expertise: Oversee and lead the production of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
