At Wisenbaker Builder Services, Cabinet Designers play a critical role in shaping the look, functionality, and accuracy of every home we support. This position blends technical skill, construction knowledge, and problem-solving to deliver cabinet layouts that builders can rely on, every time.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision, thrives in a fast-paced production environment, and understands how design decisions impact installation and customer satisfaction.

Your Mission:
As a Cabinet Designer, you will create accurate, builder-compliant cabinet designs using 20-20 Design software, ensuring layouts are functional, buildable, and aligned with architectural plans and specifications.

What You'll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It):

Create cabinet designs using architectural blueprints and builder specifications in 20-20 Technologies.
Develop functional layouts that meet space constraints, installation standards, and product requirements.
Interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions.
Solve practical design challenges where limited standardization exists.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across multiple projects and deadlines.
Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth downstream execution.
Assist with training and mentoring future Cabinet Designer new hires as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Cabinet Design Manager.'
