Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage daily operations, delegate tasks, and mentor junior designers to ensure professional growth and high-quality output.
- Project Oversight: Lead the production of construction drawings, lease exhibits, and zoning plans. Ensure all designs are technically accurate and constructible.
