As CAD/BIM Technician you will be responsible for the development of designing models to developing preliminary drawings and final construction plans. Key Responsibilities/Requirements

  • College degree or Vocational School degree/certification in an architectural/ engineering related field or Drafting/BIM program.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Drafting/BIM Modeling working with Architects/Engineers at a professional firm.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and REVIT.
  • Experience with AutoDesk Civil 3D is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience or willingness to learn how to use rendering software as required.
  • Working knowledge of general construction practices is preferred.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work extra hours as required to meet project deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to project construction sites or for Owner project meetings as required.
  • Willingness to review construction submittals for compliance to construction documents and plans.
  • Ability to be flexible with changing demands.
  • Detailed oriented and desires to take pride in their work.
