We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Research Manager to join our team, managing research programs and key client relationships, in pursuit of our vision of delivering the humanโ€‘led AI platform for market research.

Responsibilities

Key Account Management: Manage large client accounts day to day, delivering projects within annual research programs, monitoring account health, running regular client meetings, and supporting retention and growth as part of a wider team.

Product Proficiency: Use the Bounce platform and proprietary technology daily to execute and deliver client projects, collaborate with the software development team on feature testing, provide proactive feedback, and represent client needs in product roadโ€‘mapping.

Research Design: Translate business objectives into robust research projects on the Bounce platform, with strong expertise in survey design, scripting, sampling, quota management, data delivery, and analysis.

Teamwork: Collaborate across functions to support strategic and operational goals, working closely with Product, Operations, Billing, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Insight Delivery & Client Impact: Deliver compelling presentations that translate research findings into clear, actionable insight for clients. Work directly with some of the worldโ€™s leading brands, helping shape strategic decisions and adapting recommendations in real time based on client feedback and discussion.

Requirements

Strong Market Research Expertise: A genuine passion for research and shaping its future, with a minimum of 8 yearsโ€™ experience in a research agency or brandโ€‘side research role (this is a requirement for the position).

Tech Savvy: Naturally curious about technology and comfortable using digital tools to streamline and enhance research.

Qualifications & Experience

Outstanding Client Service: Proven ability to manage client relationships day to day, anticipate needs, and deliver high levels of satisfaction through a partnershipโ€‘led approach.

Project Management & Attention to Detail: Confidence managing complex, highโ€‘volume projects with precision and autonomy, collaborating crossโ€‘functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success as needed.

Growth Mindset: Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and evolve in a fastโ€‘paced, ambitious environment.

Project Leadership: Experience leading studies end to end, including scoping, questionnaire design, survey scripting, defining deliverables, business case development, and presenting insights with clarity and credibility.
