Job description

Job Summary:

The Marketing Program Manager provides workflow oversight for the Marketing & Communications Department by managing project and campaign initiatives across multiple service lines, as well as cross-department coordination. This position supports the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer (CMCO) by ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and in alignment with TriState Healthโ€™s strategic goals. The Marketing Program Manager also serves as acting as the hospitalโ€™s Public Information Officer (PIO) when the CMCO is unavailable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily project flow for marketing, communications, and design initiatives across multiple service lines using Monday.com.
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns with oversight from the CMCO for service-lines and Foundation collaborations, providing direction on social media content, design, and messaging.
  • Partner with the CMCO to integrate patient-experience data and feedback into communication and campaign planning.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards, ensuring deadlines and priorities are clearly communicated.
  • Serve as the designated Public Information Officer (PIO) when the CMCO is unavailable.
  • Assists with approving invoices and uploading departmental receipts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing and communication objectives.

Knowledge & Skillsย 

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles, project management, and digital strategy.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project-management software (Monday.com or similar)
  • Knowledge of social media strategy, paid digital campaigns, and reputation-management tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to translate complex initiatives into actionable plans.
  • Collaborative mindset with demonstrated ability to work-cross-functionally without direct supervisory authority.

Education & Experienceย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in healthcare or a nonprofit organization.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, project timelines, and analytics tools required.ย
