Fabrication Design Coordinator
The Fabrication Design Coordinator serves as the key link between Fabrication, Production, Customer Service, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and custom prosthetic/orthotic products.
This position helps streamline processes, manage orders, resolve delays, and maintain quality standards throughout production.
Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Fabrication, Production, Customer Service, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Track orders and materials to ensure timely delivery
  • Help identify and resolve production or order delays
  • Maintain accurate information throughout the production process
  • Support communication between departments
  • Help maintain quality standards for custom prosthetic and orthotic products
  • Monitor and follow up on orders and materials
  • Utilize computer systems and order-tracking tools
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Participate in process improvements and required training
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software programs
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
