The ServiceNow Business Analyst leads a cross-functional product development team to design, develop, and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and customer expectations, meet product functionality, cost, and delivery schedules. Apply ServiceNow knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth, and innovation. Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design.

Here's what you need:

  • 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or business process 
  • ServiceNow experience 

Bonus points if you have:
