Feinmann

Assistant Project Manager

Lexington, MA | $72,000-$88,000 | Full-Time

Local candidates only | High-End Residential Remodeling Experience Required

Join an Award-Winning Design-Build Team

Feinmann is seeking a detail-driven Assistant Project Manager to support high-end residential remodeling projects throughout Greater Boston. If you understand the rhythm of a jobsite, thrive on organization, and want a clear path toward Project Management, this role offers the perfect opportunity to grow with one of the region's most respected remodeling firms.

This is not a commercial construction role. We specialize in transforming homes--and we need someone who understands the unique demands of working in occupied spaces, coordinating with trade partners, and delivering exceptional results for discerning homeowners.

What You'll Do

Coordinate Projects from Start to Finish

  • Support active residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough
  • Maintain project schedules, documentation, and cost tracking with precision
  • Coordinate daily workflows between site supervisors and trade partners
  • Track permits, inspections, and compliance milestones to keep projects on schedule

Communicate Proactively

  • Provide clear, timely updates to homeowners and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate project records in construction management software
  • Identify potential risks early and escalate appropriately

Support the Jobsite

  • Visit project sites regularly to ensure alignment with plans and timelines
  • Help site teams stay organized and focused on quality execution

Who You Are

  • Experienced: 2+ years in residential construction, remodeling, or custom home building
  • Knowledgeable: You understand jobsite sequencing, trade coordination, and what it takes to keep a project moving
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SmartSheets, Bluebeam, BuilderTrend, or similar platforms
  • Organized: You have strong follow-through and an eye for detail
  • Professional: You communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners, trades, and team members
  • Mobile: Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout Greater Boston

Why Feinmann?

  • Award-Winning Reputation: Join a design-build firm known for excellence in high-end remodeling
  • Meaningful Projects: Work on quality, long-term renovations--not quick flips or production work
  • Clear Systems & Structure: We provide the processes so you can focus on execution
  • Growth Path: This role is designed to prepare you for Project Management
  • Collaborative Culture: Work alongside talented designers and builders who respect your expertise

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $72,000-$88,000 per year, based on experience
  • Full-Time Position with stability and long-term opportunity
  • Direct Path to Project Management for the right candidate
