About Us

We are a full-scale electrical contracting company, providing preconstruction services through final- and post-project completion. For both new construction and renovation projects, we offer design-build/design-assist, value engineering, and CAD services, working with biotech, healthcare, commercial, transportation, and technology companies, as well as many government agencies.

Job Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Procure all job specific materials as requisitioned by project team.
  • Negotiate pricing to best market levels.
  • Expedite all deliveries to jobsite.
  • Communicate accurate delivery dates to project team.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies in the field involving product procurement.
  • Enter purchase orders into software systems (Viewpoint & Material Management).
  • Reconcile all invoicing problems from distributors for payment processing.
  • Analyze and evaluate distribution stock levels and delivery performance.
  • Provide product information to project team for application purposes.
  • Follow prescribed company policies, departmental procedures and sound procurement practices.
  • Be willing to assist in any endeavor needed for the benefit of the company.

Compensation Range: $26.40 to $36.06 per hour

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
