Job Description: Interior Design Assistant

Position Summary

The Interior Design Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting our interior design team. This position involves providing on-site assistance to designers during client projects, managing office administrative tasks, and coordinating logistics. 5 years + experience

Responsibilities

  • On-Site Assistance:
  • Accompany designer to client job sites to provide support as needed, including measuring, documenting, and assisting
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage office emails, responding to inquiries and scheduling appointments.
  • Place and track orders for materials, furniture, and décor items.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for project documentation.
  • Return samples to vendors in a timely manner.
  • General Office Duties:
  • Assist with general office tasks as needed, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Chief Architect, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). v
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics is preferred.
  • Work Hours
