Eagle Creek Homes, a custom home builder, is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager/General Laborer. This position provides assistance and necessary support for projects within an organization. They assist teams with site prep, material hauling, cleanup of worksites and other labor tasks as needed. Tasks may vary day to day and could involve operation of hand tools and power tools as well as heavy lifting. Must be a self-starter who works well with a team and is capable of following instructions. Be familiar with basic tools/power tools and how to use them. Previous experience working on construction sites is an asset. 
Responsibilities/Duties

  • Work directly with Project Managers to help implement project goals and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution and efficiency.
  • Clear construction site of debris as needed.
  • Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals, using/driving company vehicle.
  • Unload and carry building materials as needed.
  • Help prep sites as needed and complete punch list.
  • General labor on Constuction sites
  • Any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of proven and successful job experience in the field.
  • Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution.
  • Working knowledge of necessary industry-related tools.
  • Experience with computer operating systems, such as Microsoft 
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills for collaborating effectively with others.
  • Must be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
·         Must have a valid driver’s license be insurable and be able to drive to and from different work sites. 
·         Able to follow instructions and carry them out correctly. 
·         Capable of lifting 50+ pounds as needed.
·         Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
·         Excellent work ethic.
